Asha Tarry Red Blazer
A New York native, psychotherapist and life coach by training, Asha Tarry was a social justice advocate before she entered any professional field or knew what the term “advocate” meant. As a young girl, Asha was always very curious and concerned about the inequities of social, cultural and class difference. Educated by the private school system as a youth, it was during her primary years that she was first introduced to social service and community engagement. Continuing into her secondary schooling and graduate training, Asha volunteered countless hours of her time to food and clothing drives for the homeless and trafficked people, produced Black Power and edutainment programs for students and communities of color, volunteered several years as a summer counselor for children and adults living with HIV & AIDS in upstate New York,  as well as wrote for and appeared as part of panels of experts advocating for mental illness, before founding her first public charity, The Collective Advocates for Social Change & Development, Inc (TCA) in 2013.

Asha’s insatiable appetite for learning and development has led to many and varied opportunities to collaborate with internationally-renowned and local organizations including UNICEF, Black & Missing Foundation, Inc., HealthFirst, and the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation. Today, Asha lives a life on purpose fulfilling her dreams of creating a lifestyle that embraces whole health and
social well-being. For more information on Asha's work as an author, life coach and psychotherapist visit www.LifeCoachAsha.com.
